At Al-manar Educare our concern for the welfare and social and academic success of our students is paramount. HOSTEL

The hostel has single seated beds with a peaceful and serene environment. Dedicated staffs and teachers are available round the clock. Healthy and Nutritious food is served. Tutorial guidance is provided. Sports & Games facilities are available. Medical and first-aid services are available.

TRANSPORT

Transportation is arranged by the school for the students who are residing in Araria town and adjoining areas.

APPROACH TO EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT

Learning is a complex process. It entails not only what students know but what they can do with what they know; it involves not only knowledge and abilities but values, attitudes, and habits of mind that affect both academic success and performance beyond the classroom. Therefore our students will not be assessed only on the basis of their performance in conventional regular exams, but through the cumulative assessments in different facets also, such as self assessment, interactive assessment, group projects, surprise quizzes and extra curricular activities, with an aim to contribute towards their all round development.

Assessment is essential not only to guide the development of individual students but also to monitor and continuously improve the quality of programs, inform prospective students and their parents, and provide evidence of accountability. Effective assessment practices involve a range of measures and provide students with opportunities to display their knowledge, skills, understandings and attitudes. These assessment practices should be valid, reliable, fair and equitable, motivating students to further develop their learning.
